On Gather, I'm Looking For ...:
Intelligent commintary on the passing scene and a bit of good give and take
That is the way I feel too. I ask for comment occassionally from people like you, whose work I admire a great deal. I try to learn from those that do so well.
I don't think I was trying for an audience. I have trouble trying for a particular audience. I have stretched what I write a great deal over the last year, but some things just don't work for me. I don't know why you don't have more comments, because your writing is excellent.

I can only write straight from my heart, because that is all i know. I am not the wordsmith that is always seeking that perfect word, because my language skills are good for what I do, they are not extended. I love to read poetry and I admire poetry like yours and some others on Gather who can say so much in just a few words.
